Youth Yoga Circle with Nathan

Breath, Postures, and a Small Meditation for the spirited youth. Interested in teaching practices that will calm, focus, and direct concentration for your child? Join our first Youth Yoga Circle, as we explore breathing practices to focus the body and mind, we work through energy in postural yoga, and we will explore a ‘Sandbox’ meditation, where children will be introduced to their creative senses in an explorative meditation.
