By combining the beautiful qualities of mindfulness and breath, we slow down and relax the nervous system &Â become stronger mentally and physically. We all need to find moments to slow down and experience some calm in our lives. These classes provide that opportunity. Class ends with a guided meditation.

I have been in the healing world for over 25 years and studied many modalities from herbal remedies, feng shui, crystal healing, reiki, angelic reiki, vinyasa , yin and restorative yoga, and meditation. I am passionate about the work I do in the hope that it will benefit many. I love to share my knowledge with others because I have found such comfort, grace and blessings in these practices. When true and good things are strengthened, expanded and shared every being benefits emotionally, physically and spiritually.
