An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until August 25, 2022
This fun and stress-relieving class for teens (ages 13-17) explores quick flowing sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques, and engaging meditations; all tools to stay cool, focused, and ready to take on the challenges of school, friends, and everyday life. We will work on balance, flexibility, and strength while learning to recognize your own personal power and the potential of what your body can do. Come say yes to you!
Previous yoga experience isn’t needed, all are welcome!
Meet Carly!
I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager but really fell in love with it 3 years ago after going to a hot vinyasa class. I originally started yoga as a way to learn to deal with stress and improve my mental health as a young adult, but it has become so much more to me. I love the dance-like connection of breath and movement and it really helps me stay present and have fun. I have found such comfort, growth, and strength in my own practice and want to help guide others physically and emotionally to find their own beautiful and unique qualities on and off the mat. I hope to create a safe space for everyone to express themselves freely. I am an RYT 200 teacher.
