An event every week that begins at 5:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 24, 2022
This fun and stress-relieving class for teens (ages 13-17) explores quick flowing sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques, and engaging meditations; all tools to stay cool, focused, and ready to take on the challenges of school, friends, and everyday life. We will work on balance, flexibility, and strength while learning to recognize your own personal power and the potential of what your body can do. Come say yes to you!
Previous yoga experience isn’t needed, all are welcome
