An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 3, 2023
This nurturing class brings balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. By combining the beautiful qualities of mindfulness and breath, we slow down and relax the nervous system & become stronger mentally and physically. We all need to find moments to slow down and experience some calm in our lives. These classes provide that opportunity. Class ends with a guided meditation.
No yoga experience needed, come as you are!
Tanya has been a practitioner of yoga since 1994. She is an eRYT 200 teacher with additional certifications in restorative yoga, core strength yoga, clinical hypnotherapy and is currently pursuing certification in yoga therapy. She combines her teaching of yoga with her background and passion in anatomy and science offering a universal approach to self-care and wellbeing.
Her classes cultivate a calming of the nervous system and a beautiful stretching of the body. A supportive and infectiously happy human, Tanya’s classes are all inclusive and perfect when you’re looking for something a little chill.
