Guided Meditative Inquiry with Nathan

A 1 hour and 15 minute practice broken into 3 sections: 30 minutes of breath and posture practice to get the body and mind aligned for our meditative journey. A 20-30 minute guided meditation where the participants will use breath work, mind awareness, and slight body movements to journey through a meditation/sensory experience (similar to yoga nidra), followed by journaling/group inquiry to wrap up the experience.
