An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Monday, repeating until November 28, 2022
This class is designed for beginner yogis and yogis looking to revisit and work on improving basic yoga poses. This will be a slower flow with step by step instructions and demonstration of poses. The focus will be on improving strength, alignment and balance. This is a safe and supportive class for all levels, ages and bodies. Modifications are always offered!
