Free Build-a-Scarecrow Event sponsored by the Palmer Domestic Violence Task Force

Residents of all ages are invited to stop by the Palmer Public Library between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm to Build a Scarecrow on 9/23/23. All materials needed will be provided free of charge. This event is part of the Palmer Domestic Violence Task Forces Town-wide Scarecrow Contest.
*You do not need to attend this event to enter the contest and you do not need to enter the contest to attend the event.
