Exploring Space Element through Yin Yoga with Donna

We will explore Yin Yoga postures and meditation practice to support the Space element, our heart/small intestine meridian system. When we have a balanced space element in our bodies, we can move through life with unity, connectedness & bliss. When out of balance we experience overwhelm & despair. A powerful practice to feel our feelings with a neutral mind, creating more balance and harmony in your body, mind and spirit.
