Exploring Earth Element through Yin Yoga with Donna

We will explore Yin Yoga postures and meditation practice to support the Earth element, our Stomach/Spleen meridian system. When we have a balanced earth element in our bodies, we can move through life with groundedness, presence, and contentment. When out of balance we experience anxiety, low self esteem & overthinking. A powerful practice to feel our feelings with a neutral mind, creating more balance and harmony in your body, mind and spirit.
