We will explore Yin Yoga postures and meditation practice to support the Air element, our ling/large intestine meridian system. When we have a balanced air element in our bodies, we can move through life with trust, happiness & are able to see the beauty in others. When out of balance we experience jealousy, envy & anxiety. A powerful practice to feel our feelings with a neutral mind, creating more balance and harmony in your body, mind and spirit.
