An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 29, 2022
Take a break from the busy week with flowing sequences, breathing, relaxation techniques and engaging meditations. Through movement we will engage body, mind and spirit – while working on balance, strength and flexibility. A class open to all levels, no prior yoga experience need. Please bring your own mat (blocks and strap recommended.)
