Elemental Yoga will invite the student to explore yoga through connection with the 5 major elements in Yogic philosophy and as in Nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. This is a modern interpretation of ancient wisdom and will include breathing practice, postural yoga, and meditative components, at times. Come explore connection to the elements with Elemental Yoga.
