Crystal/Reiki Group Energy Session

Join me for a crystal/Reiki group energy session. During this session, you will lay comfortably on your mat while I lead you on a chakra balancing journey through the use of guided meditation, crystals and Reiki. During the meditation, I will place a crystal on each of your
7 main body chakras and two of your transpersonal chakras with the intention for chakra balance and harmony. Crystals offer healing vibrations that communicate with the body’s energy fields, assisting in realigning them to a naturally flowing state and opening your innate self-healing abilities. Once the crystals have been placed, I will send Reiki to the group, adding an additional layer of energetic support to the intention of harmony and balance.
We will end the session with journaling, sharing your experience if inspired to do so, and answering any questions you may have.
