An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2022
Awakening Through Yoga is a beginner to moderate flow for all practitioners. This class will draw from Hatha, Kundalini, Bhakti, and Karma Yoga schools. We will use asana/postures, pranayama/breathing techniques, and meditative inquiry to bring the mind, body, and spirit into balance. When the mind, body, and spirit are in balance, the student can begin awakening through yoga.
