Ashtanga connects movement with breath and while we stay true to the traditions of the practice it is modified for time and geared for all levels. Starting with sun salutations, the dynamic standing poses and the seated postures are done
with a focused attention to build strength, flexibility and a quiet mind. While not an advanced
style of yoga, it is a physical meditation in motion that wraps up with a shavasana that allows
your body and mind reap the benefits of the practice.
